INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR BUSINESS CARD ORDER USING OUR PRO DESIGN:
1. Fill out all details about your card on the form below. Let us
know if you are supplying a file or if you want us to design you a card
with info you have provided. You can provide images to be used, we provide some graphics and/or images.
2. Click on the correct amount on payment button below for the quantity of cards you would like to order for your supplied file pricing or our pro design pricing.
3. We will review your info and confirm by email. If we
have any questions we will contact you by email or phone. Include your phone number, it will be your order number.
4. A PDF proof
will be sent for final approval on all Pro Design orders. Please check very
carefully and approve or make your changes by email. Once orders are
processed, CHANGES can not be guaranteed and are an additional $40 per hr.

information once card has been approved by the customer in writing by email. We do not color match as this is cmyk process printing some are gang run.
5. All
card orders will ship **FREE to addresses in the continental United States
only, within 10-14 business days or sooner if possible, from the proof approval
date. Please be sure we have your correct shipping address on file to avoid hold ups or additional shipping charges.

*FILE SPECIFICATIONS for artwork you are submitting:
Your Business card file MUST be formatted as either a PDF
or JPG in
CMYK color, format sized exactly at 3.5" x 2" if artwork does not go off edges. Keep all text and any graphic
that you do not want cut off at least .125" away from edges or more.
If your image extends to edges of card, you must add a .125" bleed all around card making the total size 3.75" x 2.25".
We
do not accept EPS, PSD, GIF, Excel, WORD or Publisher files at this
time. Convert those to high resolution 300 dpi PDF or JPG before sending to us. Any files that
are not submitted as CMYK color format in pdf or jpg formats will put a hold
on your order and will have to be resubmitted correctly formatted. Or as an option... We can try to fix it.
We charge $40 per hour to correct your files if you wish. Indicate this on the form and we will check it and get back with you on the additional cost.
Do not make a payment until the entire cost quote is given and approved after your review of it.

We do not create logo designs with this package. ASK about Our Logo Design service, details and pricing.
We will send you 3 preliminary proofs to review. Choose a
layout from one of these idea proofs, make note of any necessary changes and we
will revise it and send you a follow up proof to review. We allow 3 rounds of proofing at no charge if all are minor changes. Once you have approved design by email, we will go to print.
We are not responsible for incorrect information on your card after you have approved it. So please proof it very carefully.
